“Calculate results by this form and find a common value:
(Result 1 + Result 2 + …+Result 10)/10”

This is a bit misleading. First, you need to recode even numbered questions (6 minus even-numbered question value). Then you need to code all values on a 0 to 4 scale (all values after recoding minus 1). Then you sum those values, and multiple by 2.5. If you don’t calculate this way, you can’t compare to standard benchmarks.

If you add all values and divide by 10, you will get nothing useful.
